Phytocannabinoids Research and Development

Full Spectrum Omega, Inc. (FSO) is a privately held phytocannabinoid life science company based in Los Angeles, CA focused on FDA approval and commercialization of cannabis-based products.  FSO produces low-THC Medicinal Cannabinoid elixirs and topical products that are derived from Cannabis plants.  Results to date have generated significant interest and support for further development as U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved products.  In compliance with the DEA regulations and the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, FSO intends to complete the research and development activities required to obtain FDA approval for its products and to sell to both Federal and commercial consumer markets.

Phytocannabinoids Research and Development

FSO currently has a signed agreement (NCEA E.17.224.0101) with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) Radiation and Nuclear Countermeasures program (RNCP) to test its products in a Federal government laboratory as a wound healing treatment after radiation exposure.  Initiation of work is pending DEA approval to ship to the Federal lab.  FSO and a partner Department of Defense (DOD) laboratory have had a proposal on pain relief reviewed and approved for cost-share negotiations through the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium under a 10-year renewable Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement with the U.S. Army.  FSO is in the process of leveraging these existing public-private partnerships for additional non-clinical research to support IND submissions for wound healing, pain relief and other indications.   FSO is open to, and actively seeking, additional partnerships with government, academic or industry research and development partners
